Conflict Coaching

Relationships can be one of our biggest challenges in life. We are wired for relationship and community. — Kim

We long to be seen, known, heard, and accepted. The potential for conflict is always present among our family and friends and in our workplace. How we learn to navigate through those challenging times really creates an opportunity for growth and change.

When we can view other people’s belief’s, attitudes, value’s and preferences through a lens of curiosity (VS criticism) we can learn the deeper meaning behind their hurt, anger, motivations and passions. Many times, creating empathy and honor in place of harsh disagreement.

What happens when we avoid conflict? Or when we don’t know how to get to that place of resolution? We build walls, create judgements and unhealthy patterns of belief. In turn, we carry those fears into every kind of relationship. I believe we can experience conflict in a transformative, positive, solution-based way! I’d like to help you through those times.
