Conflict Coaching

Relationships can be one of our biggest challenges in life.
We are wired for relationship and community. — Kim

We long to be seen, known, heard, and accepted. The potential for conflict is always present among our family and friends and in our workplace. How we learn to navigate through those challenging times really creates an opportunity for growth and change — or it can set us up for repetitive negative experiences.

What happens when we avoid conflict? Or when we don’t know how to get to that place of resolution? We build walls, create wrong belief patterns, and carry fear into every kind of relationship.

I believe we can look at conflict in a positive, solution-based way. You can experience conflict in a way that does not induce fear, but instead brings resolution, honor, and respect to yourself and others. I’d like to help you through those times.
